Since 2010, members and stakeholders have been sporadically updated with ‘progress’ by founder and spokesman, Irishman Christian Fortune, with explanations for changes of tack and delays in launches of various new services, with several network name changes along the way. Many like myself, although frustrated, took a ‘wait-and-see’ stance while others have tried to cash in on the original scheme by steering Sqip and GreenWin members into others.

Although I have almost certainly lost some money, compared to other schemes I’ve been involved in or tempted by, I don’t think of this one as a scam; more a failed business model. I believed in its founder and his plans; his vision of the future of social networking and personal communications has in fact proved correct. However, it seems he either missed the boat, chose the wrong partners or simply lost out to bigger players.

I don’t hold any grudge as there is still the vague possibility that my equity known as PEPs, which has seen a series of moves, over several years now, from SQIP to GreenWin Network/MyCrowd and apparently converted to a Swedish company stock, might one day actually be worth something in monetary terms. But I’m not holding my breath!

This was an investment and all investment has risk. It is up to the individual to decide how much of a ‘fortune’ they can afford to lose. In my case it’s a only couple of hundred euros, but the last valuation of my stake was around a thousand dollars.

I am not at all confident of a positive outcome as ‘our’ Christian Fortune (not the movie star or tagline for a Nigerian reverend’s millions-of-dollars scam) disappeared from the radar early in 2012. Currently, none of the links for the site or member ‘back office’ work – not a good sign.

This is your end of month update and news.

Launch Schedule: The developers of our mobile browser app informed us that they need about 10 days to complete the integration.  This means a new launch date of the 15^th April for our telecoms services.

New Web sites: The Green Win Network web site and new affiliate back office will be published on the 10^th April.

Commission: ALL COMMISSIONS ARE CREDITED IN REAL TIME AND ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 FOR YOU TO PAY YOUR SELF OUT.

THIS WILL HAPPEN WITH EVERY INCOME STREAM SHARED WITH AFFILIATES.

eWallet: The ewallet will be used as our payment gateway for all credits and debits. The wallet will be in multiple languages and currencies.

Everyone can create and fund their ewallet account using their mobile phone or PC.

You will earn instant commission in real time as soon as anyone in your 10 level deep unlimited width referral network activates their telecoms account by paying the small sign up fee.

You will receive a notification every time this happens. You can have the notification sent to your mobile phone if you wish.

Telecoms: Our telecoms services cover landlines, mobiles and calls made via the browser.

There is a small annual subscription fee to access the services. There are no monthly charges, connection fees or hidden costs…ever!

Our system will always try to route your call via our network. When this happens you can make unlimited, unmetered FREE calls to anyone else in our network in over 100 countries using your mobile/cell, landline or browser soft phone.

Our Webinar / online meeting service will offer different packages including daily, weekly and monthly deals.

Messenger: This desktop application will follow ASAP after our telecoms service. We will be working with a partner company to have adverts delivered into Messenger. Every time that anyone in your referral network opens messenger, adverts will be delivered and you will earn instant commissions.

Note: our partner company pay commissions down to 7 levels not 10 levels.

Ads Server: We are building our own Ads server system that will allow advertisers to purchase various ad packages to be be displayed on our web sites and / or delivered to our mobile phone network.

The film is currently in post production and is due for completion by end of May.

The film will be released and distributed to cinemas around the world this year and next year and is expected to be seen by over 100 million people.

Our New Portal: Soon you will see the new web sites but we are also now developing our new mega portal that will give you access to everything Green Win.

All of our services will be there plus lots of info and media including our new Lotto.

Lotto: We have decided to go ahead with getting our Lotto licence. The lotto site is built and will offer players the chance to win weekly jackpots.

Players can select their charity to receive proceeds or if not, the proceeds will go into deploying Intelligent Green Power to needy areas.

Please DO NOT ask my support team questions relating to future deployments.

They do not know the answers to those questions…so asking them is pointless.

Asking when something will be there or complaining when something is late is also pointless.

We will only deploy when things are completed and working to our satisfaction.

Support is there to assist with the basic stuff like changing passwords etc….so please leave them alone to do their jobs.

Stakeholders: The stakeholder program is officially closed. Private Equity does become available when a stakeholder cannot pay for the equity purchased.

Please ask support if any equity is available as there are usually stakeholders who cannot pay for their orders.

Profit share dividends: I am not too sure why support gets the same mails from the same people asking the same question and ALWAYS getting the same answer.

Question: When do I start earning profit share?

Answer: Profit share begins to accrue immediately the telecoms services go live and will be paid out approx every 30 days.

Question: How much will I earn every month?

This is a totally POINTLESS QUESTION.

We can project forward with our business model and can safely project  numbers but we can’t tell you exactly what you will earn….we can only give a ball park figure.

What I can say is that the monthly dividends will start small and grow bigger every month and when you look back after one year you can expect to have made around the figures we have previously projected per PEP.

Do NOT take the projected annual figure…divide it by 12 and expect to get a fixed amount every month. That is not how it works.

PLC: The conversion to a PLC in the UK will take several months. When this happens your equity points will be converted in shares. The PLC shares will be under regular valuation. A an investor, you can buy more shares or sell any of your shares when every you want. Or you can sit on them and watch their value increase.

Please do not ask how much of a cash windfall you will make when your equity points are converted into shares. No one can answer that…but it should be a nice one for you.

Also, please do not ask how much the shares will be worth this time next year or at any point in the future. No one can know that answer.

In fact it would be really helpful if you can all stop asking future orientated questions especially questions that are totally impossible to answer.

Ok that was your monthly update and news…

I was intending to convey all of the above via a recorded webinar…and I will still try to do this when I can find the time to make that happen.

Update for February 2010. Due to the refunds made necessary by some stakeholders not increasing their minimum holding by the January 31 ‘cleanout’ date, a few blocks of 500 PEPs are being made available for 500 euros per block. SQIP is going to be big for sure. If you don’t know about it, Sqip is a new social media network including a communications program that is claimed to be better than Skype, Yahoo, Google and any others.  The owners’ investment claims are not small, either. They compare SQIP’s investment potential to stock bought in Microsoft, Google and Yahoo before they became ‘big’ during the years following.

SQIP’s about-to-be-launched Messenger is claimed to be ‘state-of-the-art’ and superior to Skype and all the chat and social networks put together. Messenger incorporates online communication, collaboration, networking and entertainment and paid advertising; it’s expected to draw in a hundred million free users within 2 years, plus five million or more ‘PRO’ paid subscriptions.

This is of most significance to SQIP’s ‘stakeholders’ including ordinary free members who have already bought equity in the corporate in the form of PEPs (Private Equity Points), and who are expected to achieve a high rate of return on their investment. Whereas there are not any guarantees (as with any investment in stock), even a modest minimum holding of 100 PEPs at one euro each, around a hundred and forty dollars total, could be worth four hundred times that by 2011. Or not!

SQIP will change from private ownership to become a UK-registered PLC during 2010. Because the claimed payout on sale of equity shares is so high, it’s better to not even mention it here. Get all the main points direct from the SQIP website and make your own assumptions. Personally, I think it’s worth the risk, but it might not be right for you.

I began a small investment in SQIP from its inception in 2009. Since then, I’ve kept abreast of events and received regular bulletins from its CEO, Christian Fortune (good name!). I’m quite certain this is not a scam but of course there aren’t any guarantees that the suggested income will ever materialise.

In order to benefit more than just by being an affiliate, I supplemented my free PEPs to reach the minimum needed by January 31, 2010, when the offer was to end, to reach a hundred euros worth. Now I am a stakeholder and in line for a share of future profits from various totally different streams inside the SQIP program.

There is a further potential benefit. If the owners of SQIP receive an ‘offer they can’t refuse’ to sell the company before it goes public, stakeholders may indeed see a windfall they weren’t expecting. As this has been on the cards from the start, that is another reason I decided to get my stake in SQIP.

Anyone could have joined until that date by paying cash or paying for their €100 ($140) equity in five monthly installments. This offer has now expired, but a few 500 PEP blocks have become available for 500 euros each due to refunds to investors who decided for whatever reason not to increase their holding to a minimum 100 shares.
