As both member and stakeholder in SQIP I have just received this update (March 31st) from Christian Fortune, CEO of Sqip, which will shortly merge with the UK-based Green Win Network and begin services mid-April. SQIP Messenger will offer far more than Skype.

Dear Members
This is your end of month update and news.
Launch Schedule: The developers of our mobile browser app informed us that they need about 10 days to complete the integration. This means a new launch date of the 15th April for our telecoms services.
New Web sites: The Green Win Network web site and new affiliate back office will be published on the 10th April.
Commission: ALL COMMISSIONS ARE CREDITED IN REAL TIME AND ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 FOR YOU TO PAY YOUR SELF OUT.
THIS WILL HAPPEN WITH EVERY INCOME STREAM SHARED WITH AFFILIATES.
eWallet: The ewallet will be used as our payment gateway for all credits and debits. The wallet will be in multiple languages and currencies.
Everyone can create and fund their ewallet account using their mobile phone or PC.
You will earn instant commission in real time as soon as anyone in your 10 level deep unlimited width referral network activates their telecoms account by paying the small sign up fee.
You will receive a notification every time this happens. You can have the notification sent to your mobile phone if you wish.
You can access your back office 24/7 to move your commissions into your ewallet. From there you can transfer to the Green Win Network Master Card or to your bank account or to another member who has a ewallet.
Affiliate back office: The new back office will offer you more features and options than are currently offered in the Sqip back office. You should find the marketing section very useful.
Affiliate links: There will be new affiliate links available in the new GWN back office. But until then please continue to use your Sqip referral links.
New SQIP members can sign up for free here.
Anyone signing up via the Sqip referral inks after the new GWN site has gone live will be merged into the new data base.
But we will only do this a couple of times after the new site goes live.
So please make sure that you use the new referral links in all ads and promotions when those new links are available.
New members will still be able to sign up via the Sqip site for about 2 weeks after the Green Win site goes live.
After that, anyone coming to the Sqip site will not be able to sign up via that site. They will be redirected to the new Green Win Network without a referral ink. So make sure that you stop sending new members to the Sqip site immediately the new GWN site goes live.
Affiliate network: We will import the entire Sqip network into the new GWN data base. This will keep the integrity of your 10 level deep affiliate network.
Deployments: The telecoms service will launch first followed by the webinar services and then the 1st version of Messenger.
We will then deploy the Ads server followed by the “Super Mall”.
Next will come the Electricity supply followed by other services still under wraps for now.
Service info:
Telecoms: Our telecoms services cover landlines, mobiles and calls made via the browser.
There is a small annual subscription fee to access the services. There are no monthly charges, connection fees or hidden costs…ever!
Our system will always try to route your call via our network. When this happens you can make unlimited, unmetered FREE calls to anyone else in our network in over 100 countries using your mobile/cell, landline or browser soft phone.

If the call has to be routed via another network you will only pay a very small local connection charge.
If you are calling a number not in our network, you will be charge a small local rate.
There are over 4 billion mobile/cell phone users who will want to hear what you have to tell them about our services.
Our mobile phone app will let you access your back office, ewallet and other services via our mobile browser.
Viral marketing: Your referral ink will also be integrated into the “Invite Friends” feature in the mobile app. You can send an invite with your link to every contact on your phone or use the select contacts feature.
An SMS will be sent instantly to your contacts with an invitation message to join you in the Green Win Network to make free calls.
Your contacts can join instantly by clicking on your link displayed on their phone. They can begin repeating this process within a few minutes to all of their contacts on their phones.
This can create a viral tidal wave of contacts signing up within minutes of receiving the invitation.
You will of course be able to do all of your promotions and invitations using your PC as well as your smart phones.
Webinar Services: This service will be deployed soon after the telecoms. This is a joint venture service that will not pay commission to affiliates.
BUT we are building our own 100% owned system that will take about 6 months to complete. Commissions will be paid to affiliates when our own service goes live.
Our Webinar / online meeting service will offer different packages including daily, weekly and monthly deals.
The service will offer up to 1000 attendees with screen sharing, recording multiple moderators etc.
Messenger: This desktop application will follow ASAP after our telecoms service. We will be working with a partner company to have adverts delivered into Messenger. Every time that anyone in your referral network opens messenger, adverts will be delivered and you will earn instant commissions.
Note: our partner company pay commissions down to 7 levels not 10 levels.
Ads Server: We are building our own Ads server system that will allow advertisers to purchase various ad packages to be be displayed on our web sites and / or delivered to our mobile phone network.
If you want to understand how an ad server works go to Facebook and click on the advertising link and follow the steps.
Anyone in your 10 level deep referral network purchasing an advertising package with Green Win Network will generate instant commission to you.
Our Ads server will be ready in June.
Super Mall: We are building our own Mall system. This will allow approved partners companies to upload their product info via text, photos, video and audio.
All purchases will be made via the ewallet payment gateway. When anyone in your 10 level deep, unlimited width referral network purchase a product or service in our Mall, you will earn instant commissions.
We will have thousands of products and services listed in the Mall.
Our Mall will be completed by end of June.
Electricity services: Our Intelligent Green power generators produce the cleanest and most cost efficient electricity possible.
The generator takes air in one end and produce electricity and pure water out the other end.
With deregulation here in Europe, we will be partnering with another company to sell clean power into the grid. This will only be available to households in Europe to begin with.
Customers will be able to sign up for their clean, green power via the GWN web site.
Anyone in your 10 level deep, unlimited width referral network who purchases their power via us will generate you instant and ongoing commissions.
Please do not ask about North America as we do not know when we can enter that market.
Our European service will go live by January 2011.
We do understand that most people will simply not believe us when we talk about our Intelligent Green power. We will be making available a trailer of a 90 minute documentary film made by the BBC last year about our technology.
The film is currently in post production and is due for completion by end of May.
The film will be released and distributed to cinemas around the world this year and next year and is expected to be seen by over 100 million people.
Our New Portal: Soon you will see the new web sites but we are also now developing our new mega portal that will give you access to everything Green Win.
All of our services will be there plus lots of info and media including our new Lotto.
Lotto: We have decided to go ahead with getting our Lotto licence. The lotto site is built and will offer players the chance to win weekly jackpots.
Players can select their charity to receive proceeds or if not, the proceeds will go into deploying Intelligent Green Power to needy areas.

Right then…that should give you all enough to chew on for a few more days while we bring the new sites and service online.
Please DO NOT ask my support team questions relating to future deployments.
They do not know the answers to those questions…so asking them is pointless.
Asking when something will be there or complaining when something is late is also pointless.
We will only deploy when things are completed and working to our satisfaction.
Support is there to assist with the basic stuff like changing passwords etc….so please leave them alone to do their jobs.
Stakeholders: The stakeholder program is officially closed. Private Equity does become available when a stakeholder cannot pay for the equity purchased.
Please ask support if any equity is available as there are usually stakeholders who cannot pay for their orders.

Profit share dividends: I am not too sure why support gets the same mails from the same people asking the same question and ALWAYS getting the same answer.
Question: When do I start earning profit share?
Answer: Profit share begins to accrue immediately the telecoms services go live and will be paid out approx every 30 days.
Question: How much will I earn every month?
This is a totally POINTLESS QUESTION.
We can project forward with our business model and can safely project numbers but we can’t tell you exactly what you will earn….we can only give a ball park figure.
What I can say is that the monthly dividends will start small and grow bigger every month and when you look back after one year you can expect to have made around the figures we have previously projected per PEP.
Do NOT take the projected annual figure…divide it by 12 and expect to get a fixed amount every month. That is not how it works.
PLC: The conversion to a PLC in the UK will take several months. When this happens your equity points will be converted in shares. The PLC shares will be under regular valuation. A an investor, you can buy more shares or sell any of your shares when every you want. Or you can sit on them and watch their value increase.
Please do not ask how much of a cash windfall you will make when your equity points are converted into shares. No one can answer that…but it should be a nice one for you.
Also, please do not ask how much the shares will be worth this time next year or at any point in the future. No one can know that answer.
In fact it would be really helpful if you can all stop asking future orientated questions especially questions that are totally impossible to answer.

I was intending to convey all of the above via a recorded webinar…and I will still try to do this when I can find the time to make that happen.
