Forex traders, especially those who like to trade forex automatically using robots or on autopilot eagerly awaited the final results of the Forex Robot World Cup‘s competition which ended on January 29 in search of the best-performing EA.
The top 10 out of over 300 entries contains two obvious ‘front runners’, as can be seen in the chart, or full size and more up-to-date, plus a lot more information, here.
None of these robots has ever been seen by or sold to the forex trading public. They have been produced by independent, private developers who are competing against each other for some big prizes.
These EAs were run on live trading accounts until the cut-off date of the contest on January 29.
What forex trader wouldn’t like to get his or her hands on some of these robots with verifiable results?
The opportunity to do just that will arise in mid-February when the organisers of the Forex Robot World Cup contest make them available to traders in strictly limited quantities as the FRWC Royal Trader package.
If you are interested, you can get full details on the FRWC website and sign up for news of the impending release.
Personally, I advise trading with forex robots only after learning the basics of manual trading; the book I recommend to everyone and a course for beginners are already described on this blog.
